Hello and welcome to my site! KofC is dedicated to writing blogs about horror movies, retro games, opinion pieces, and whatever else may fall into those categories. Now I know there are hundreds of websites that follow this format, however, I believe that I can bring a new take to some of the games and movies that have been done to death with a sense of humor and a fresh look.
Along with discussing the popular games and movies in everyone plus their mother’s top 10’s of all time, this site will spend a lot of time rating and discussing more niche topics. Particularly game-wise there are hundreds of games nobody remembers. Through the medium of blogs we will be shedding light on these relics of 20th century media. The good, the bad, the ugly, beautiful, awful, questionable or topical. They’re going to be discussed and heralded as underrated gems or chastised as outdated garbage.
Most game articles will follow a 20 point rating system. For games, each one will get a 0 to 5 score for 4 separate categories; Gameplay, Graphics, Sound, and Content. Bonus points will be added for unique ideas and thematic preferences.
Movies will be rated from 1 to 10. This may seem lazy but hey, if it’s not broken don’t fix it!
